Do I need a meet & greet before my first home visit?+
Yes. Every new client starts with a free, no-obligation meet and greet before the first visit, so you can meet your visitor and we can sort keys and your dog’s routine. It’s required for everyone’s comfort and security.
Which areas do you cover for home visits?+
Brighton, Hove and along the Sussex coast, including Kemptown, Hanover, Preston Park, Patcham, Withdean, Portslade, Hangleton, Aldrington and more. Home visits are a local drop-in service, so if you’re not sure whether we reach you, just ask.
Is the 15-minute walk really included?+
Yes, in both the 30-minute (£15) and 45-minute (£18) visit, at no extra cost. It’s a proper leg-stretch around the block. If your dog would rather stay in — a nervous, poorly or post-op dog — we skip it, no reduction needed.
Can you give my dog medication during a visit?+
Yes. We follow your written instructions to the letter — tablets, drops, or food-time meds — and note it on your update so you know it’s done.
How do you keep my keys safe?+
Keys are coded and stored securely, never labelled with your name or address. We’re fully insured (public liability plus care, custody and control) and enhanced DBS-checked.
Can I book one-off visits, or only a regular schedule?+
Both. Book a single visit or a weekly pattern online in a minute, and move or cancel with reasonable notice if life changes.
How is a home visit different from pet sitting?+
A home visit is a short drop-in (30 or 45 minutes) — ideal for a midday toilet break, feed and a bit of company. Pet sitting is longer in-home care, either hourly drop-ins or an overnight stay in your home, for when your dog needs company for most of the day or overnight.
