Every trip is different — distance, wait time, time of day, the dog themselves. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a fixed quote, usually inside the working day.

Good to know
Do you wait at the destination?+
On round-trips, yes. The exact wait time is built into the quote based on what you've told us about the appointment or visit. If it overruns and the pet is distressed, we'll obviously stay regardless.
Where will you take them?+
Anywhere reasonable — vet, groomer, kennels, daycare, a family handover, a friend's house. Tell us the address and we'll quote for it. If it's a long way out we may need to talk through routing but we'll always try.
What if my dog hates the car?+
Tell us at the meet-and-greet. We've got harnesses, crates, calming sprays, treats, and the patience to take it slow. If the journey is genuinely going to be miserable for them, we'll say so honestly.
Multiple pets in one trip?+
Yes, if they're from the same household and going to the same place. We'll factor an extra pet into the quote. We never mix pets from different homes in the same vehicle.
What about evenings or weekends?+
We can usually do them. Out-of-hours trips (anything outside 9am–4pm) get a small uplift to reflect the schedule juggle, which we'll show you in the quote upfront.
How do I pay?+
Same as walks — Stripe, on the website, after we've confirmed the trip and you've accepted the quote. No upfront commitment to a price you didn't agree to.
