We stay overnight
Sitter sleeps in your spare room (or sofa, your call). Your dog gets company through the night — no being left for hours.
Two walks a day
Morning and evening walks are included as part of the nightly rate. Routine matters.
Feeds and medication
We follow your written schedule to the minute. Tablets in cheese? Specific food order? Just tell us.
Daily updates
Photo + a quick voice note every day so you can see they're happy. No "is the dog OK?" stress.
House looked after
Plants watered, post brought in, bins out on the right day. Your house feels lived-in while you're away.
Vet authority
You authorise us up-front to take your dog to the vet in an emergency, up to a limit you set. We don't need to track you down on holiday.

Within a working day we'll come back with availability, a quote, and a quick phone call to talk through specifics.

Meet & greet
Free 30-minute visit to your house. We meet your dog, you show us where everything is, and we agree on the plan.

You go away
You sign the consent form online, pay, and head off. We rock up at the agreed time. You get updates.

FAQ

Is it the same sitter the whole stay?+
Yes — one sitter, the whole booking. Continuity matters for dogs and for our records.
What about really early or really late check-ins?+
Most clients book us from the morning of departure to the evening of return. We can do early starts (5am flights) and late finishes (red-eye returns) by arrangement — no surcharge.
My dog needs medication. Can you handle that?+
Tablets, liquids, eye drops, and standard injections are all fine. We document each dose in the daily update. For more involved regimes (insulin, etc.) we'll talk it through during the meet-and-greet.
What if my dog has an accident or gets ill?+
We're first-aid trained. For anything serious we go straight to your nominated vet — that's why we collect vet details up-front and ask you to authorise emergency treatment up to a limit you choose. We call you immediately afterwards.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Public liability + care, custody and control + key cover. Insurance certificate provided on request.
Can you also water plants / put bins out?+
Yes, included. Tell us what to do during the meet-and-greet and we'll handle it.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancellations 7+ days before check-in: full refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Under 3 days: 0% refund — overnight slots are hard to re-book at short notice. Same policy regardless of reason.
